AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
If you have requested shuttle service upon your departure, this will be provided by the organisers. Please note that you may be accompanied by other Conference guests in one car.
Arrival: Airport shuttle service includes transport from Tbilisi airport, Kutaisi airport, Batumi airport or from the train station in Batumi to the hotel you will be accommodated in, on the day of your arrival. Our colleagues will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals terminal, or train station with a Conference logo and will accompany you to your car.
Departure: Airport shuttle service includes transport from the participants' hotels to Tbilisi airport, Kutaisi airport, Batumi airport or to the train station in Batumi. Guests accommodated in other hotels than Hilton Batumi Hotel will be picked up from their hotels. Our colleagues will accompany you to your car.

Gala Dinner / Cultural Event - Open-Air Performance of Georgian National Balet “Sukhishvilebi”
For the attendees of these side events, we have arranged car transport from the Hilton Batumi Hotel to the respective venues. Both venues are within easy walking distance of the hotel.
REGISTRATION DESK
After your arrival, our colleagues will be happy to register you at the Registration Desk situated in the foyer of the Hilton Batumi Hotel. You will be provided with a conference package, which will include the final program, the list of speakers and participants and other related materials. Our colleagues at the Registration Desk will be at your disposal from early morning to late evening during the Conference and will be happy to help you with any questions or inquiries you might have..
LIVE STREAMING
You can also join our live-stream from the conference hall and follow the heated discussions among governments’ officials, members of Parliaments, business, civil society, academia and media representatives. SECURITY INFORMATION
Security of our guests is of paramount importance to us. Therefore we kindly ask you to wear your badge at all times when attending Conference events. Access to the Conference will only be permitted to those wearing their badge provided by the organisers at the Registration Desk. Please note that the badge is non-transferable and any violation of this policy may result in immediate revoking of participation in the Conference. We also ask for your patience and understanding if and when subjected to a security check upon your arrival to the conference venue. In case of any emergency please inform the nearest organising team member.
