Jaroslav Ludva- born on February 8, 1962 is currently holding a position of Junior Deputy Minister for European Affairs in Czech Republic. He has an outstanding diplomatic career performed in different countries, including in United Arab Emirates from 2010 to 2014 and Philippines from 2003 to 2005. He was a director of Asia and Pacific Department at Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2000-2003. In 1996 Mr. Ludva became an ambassador to Uzbekistan. Before that he hold a position of the Chargé d´Affaires to Singapore. In the beginning of his career he was working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at different positions, which also included being an adviser to the minister on external economic relations. Mr. Ludva holds a bachelor degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in International economic relations and Master degree from University of Economics in Prague.
