Kalle Palling was born on 27 February 1985 in Käru, Raplamaa county, Estonia. He is married and has one son. He is a member of the Estonian Parliament since 2007 representing Reform Party that is liberal Party in Estonia. Since 2014 he is the Chairman of the European Union Affairs Committee and member of Economic Affairs Committee at Parliament of Estonia. He is the spokesman on digital society, e-residency and sharing economy legislation in Estonia. He is the member of the Supervisory Board of Eesti Energia since november 2009 until present. He is also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rapla County Hospital Foundation and Estonian Ski Association.
